EasyDNS scans a domain's existing DNS settings and lets you recreate them in Plesk with a single click — no manual lookups, no copy-pasting. Completely free.
No more switching between terminal windows and Plesk. EasyDNS brings the lookup directly into your control panel workflow.
Open EasyDNS from any Plesk subscription. Enter the domain you're onboarding (or it's pre-filled). EasyDNS immediately runs live nslookup queries for all common record types and presents the results in a clean, structured table.
If a record isn't picked up automatically — say, an internal subdomain or an unusual entry — you can type the hostname yourself, choose the record type (A, MX, TXT, etc.), and EasyDNS performs the lookup on the spot. You still only have to supply the value; the tool handles the rest.
Each record — auto-discovered or manually looked up — appears with a checkbox. Select the ones you need and press Create. EasyDNS writes them directly into the Plesk subscription's DNS zone. Done.
For active domains, EasyDNS shows key status info right in the interface: domain expiry date, SSL certificate status, and SSL expiry date — so you can spot problems before they become incidents. If the domain doesn't exist yet, EasyDNS surfaces a direct link to register it — making it easy to onboard a brand-new domain without leaving your workflow.
EasyDNS is a free Plesk extension — no licence fee, no subscription, no upsell. Install it and use it on as many subscriptions as you like.
A, AAAA, MX, TXT (SPF, DMARC, DKIM), CNAME, SRV and more are all checked automatically the moment you enter a domain — no configuration needed.
Not all records are discoverable automatically. Type any hostname, pick the record type, and EasyDNS runs the lookup — you only supply the value yourself if needed.
Pick exactly the records you need. Skip entries you're replacing, or select all for a fast bulk import. Every selected record is written to Plesk DNS in one go.
For active domains, EasyDNS shows the domain expiry date, SSL certificate status, and SSL expiry date — so you catch problems before customers do.
If the domain doesn't exist yet, EasyDNS offers a direct link to register it — so you can onboard a brand-new domain without ever leaving your Plesk workflow.
Whether a domain is live, expiring, or not yet registered — EasyDNS tells you what you need to know and what to do next.
